摘要: Obese Zucker rat is often used as a model of genetic obesity to understand the mechanism development obesity. In present work, in order better regulation lipolysis rat, lipolytic activities adipocytes isolated from different adipose depots lean and obese rats, basal state or after catecholamine stimulation have been measured. The presents hyperinsulinemia without hyperglycemia with elevated plasma free fatty acids, suggesting dyslipidemia. Morphological studies three deposits show marked hypertrophic hyperplastic type obesity, much pronounced subcutaneous depot. current study we that rate higher each deposit rats (when results are corrected for cell surface area). This finding, associated increase all deposits, could contribute FFA observed. Investigation responsiveness dibutyril cAMP (DBcAMP) points out defect NE essentially located at post-receptor level. Nevertheless, receptor not be excluded suggested by decrease β-ARs observed deposits. Our resistance catecholamines tissue appears counteract rate, moderate levels may observed, characteristic an insulino-resistant state.
