摘要: Recent evidence indicates that several metabolic abnormalities developed during obesity are associated with the presence of dysfunctional adipose tissue. Diet is a key factor modulates functions tissue; however, each nutrient in diet produces specific changes. Thus, aim this work was to study effect interaction type (coconut or soybean oil) and amount (5% 10%) fat dietary protein (casein soy protein) on functionality white tissue Zucker (fa/fa) rats. The results showed oil reduced adipocyte size decreased esterified saturated fatty acids Excess also modified composition tissue, increased secretion serum from process re-esterification. On other hand, sensitized activation hormone-sensitive lipase by increasing phosphorylation enzyme (Ser 563) despite rats fed were normoglucagonemic, contrast casein hyperglucagonemia but phosphorylation. Finally, between tested components modulated transcription/translation lipid carbohydrate metabolism genes via activity PERK–endoplasmic reticulum stress response. Therefore, our selectively modify even genetic model obesity.
