摘要: Thirteen clones of hybrid cells which synthesize antibodies directed against the Rous sarcoma virus (RSV) transforming protein, pp60src, were isolated. Mouse myeloma fused with spleen from mice that had been immunized purified pp60src bacterial recombinants direct synthesis RSV src gene. The hybridomas survived selection medium screened by immunoprecipitation 32P-labeled lysates RSV-transformed cells.
