摘要: A new multiparameter sensor that combines electrochemical and fibre-optic technology was used for continuous in-vivo investigation of pH, carbon dioxide partial pressure (PCO(2)), oxygen (PO(2)), bicarbonate concentration (HCO(3)(-)), base excess, saturation (O(2)Sat) early in human pregnancy. The inserted into the amniotic cavity placental bed 16 pregnancies at 10-15 weeks gestation, before termination under general anaesthesia. Amniotic fluid retroplacental blood from same site were also aspirated analysed by means cartridges a portable gas analyser. Eleven series measurements obtained. variation over 5 min monitoring =10% all parameters. damaged during insertion one case four cases. Measurements PO(2) both pH higher using than vivo. results indicated fetoplacental acid-base with is stable accurate. Such will be helpful improving our understanding metabolism normal complicated pregnancies.
