摘要: Oxygen is vital for cellular metabolism in higher organisms. Explanted somatic cells are regularly cultured at ambient oxygen conditions, which often appear stressful primary cells, thereby leading to accelerated aging or premature senescence vitro. Therefore, sophisticated instrumentation ex vivo cell manipulation has been introduced and now increasingly being used the propagation subsequent differentiation of various types stem cells. In this particular context also mesenchymal stromal (MSC) have investigated. Their developmental fate greatly depends on availability.
