摘要: A case of nasal polyposis with stroma cell atypia in a 33-year-old man is reported. The light microscopic appearance made rhabdomyosarcoma strongly suspected because the presence polymorphous, acidophilic, rhabdomyoblast-like cells. clinical course was that an ordinary recurring inflammatory polyp. ultrastructural and immunohistochemical analysis showed fibroblastic histiocytic nature atypical cells as being probably reactive nature. reported illustrates value electron microscopy immunohistochemistry evaluation true type mesenchymal pseudosarcomatous lesions.
