摘要: The cells of the innate immune system mobilize a coordinated response towards invading microbes and after disturbances in tissue homeostasis. These responses typically lead to infection control repair. Exaggerated or uncontrolled responses, however, can also induce acute chronic inflammatory pathologies that are characteristic for many common diseases such as sepsis, arthritis, atherosclerosis Alzheimer’s disease. In recent years concerted efforts scientists have uncovered numerous mechanisms by which detect foreign changed self-substances appear infections during damage. substances stimulate signaling receptors, leads cellular activation induction effector mechanisms. Here, we review role inflammasomes, family molecules form multi-molecular platforms activate caspases IL-1β cytokines.
