摘要: Abstract The histamine H 4 receptor shows generally restricted expression in immune cells and has been shown to mediate induced-chemotaxis, suggesting that it may play a role inflammation. This led the discovery characterization of antagonists from multiple chemical scaffolds. These have efficacy numerous preclinical models inflammation, further supporting critical inflammatory diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, pruritis pain. first entered into clinical trials data are expected soon establish importance targeting this as novel therapeutic review focuses on identified date.
