摘要: We have developed, fabricated and tested a lidless polymeric microchip which integrates microreactor with an electrospray ionization (ESI) tip for mass spectrometric (MS) analysis. The contains spot, micropillar-filled channel tip, all made of SU-8 epoxy polymer. fabrication process the microchips required just two lithographic steps, making it simple, cost-effective, rapid, well-suited production. structure chip provides easy sampling reagents samples. On-chip trypsin protein digestion bovine heart cytochrome c (CytC) serum albumin (BSA) was performed on in solvent drop without need immobilization enzyme to microreactor. accomplished within 8 min, after products were measured directly by integrated on-chip ESI combined MS. whole procedure rapid as total time measurement less than 10 min. An average sequence coverage obtained CytC 90% BSA 82%. can also be used stand-alone
