摘要: Networks are increasingly used to study the impact of drugs at systems level. From algorithmic standpoint, a drug can “attack” nodes or edges protein–protein interaction network. In this work, we propose new network strategy, “The Interface Attack”, based on interfaces. Similar interface architectures occur between unrelated proteins. Consequently, in principle, that binds one has certain probability binding others. The attack strategy simultaneously removes from all interactions consist similar motifs.
