摘要: Vaccination has been a critical tool in the control of some avian influenza viruses (AIV) and used routinely Pakistan to help sporadic outbreaks highly pathogenic (HP) H7 AIV since 1995. During that time, several isolates were utilized as inactivated vaccines with varying degrees success. In order evaluate which strains may serve optimal for diverse AIVs from we conducted vaccination-challenge studies five against challenge two HPAIVs: A/chicken/Murree/NARC-1/1995 H7N3 A/chicken/Karachi/SPVC-4/2004 H7N3. To further characterize antigenic cartography was visually demonstrate relationships among isolates. All provided similar protection mortality, morbidity shedding virus respiratory tract. However, minor (not statistically significant) differences observed correlated antibody levels induced by vaccine prior challenge.
