摘要: Gadolinium vanadate nanoparticles (NPs) doped with europium, in concentrations between 5-40%, were synthesized via an aqueous route to prove their multimodal imaging functionalities and performance as radionuclide carriers for targeted alpha therapy. Core-shell Gd0.8Eu0.2VO4 NPs the α-emitting actinium-225 assess vitro retention of 225Ac its decay daughters; francium-221 bismuth-213. core-shell obtained using a precipitation synthesis having tetragonal system, spherical morphology, uniform particle size distribution. displayed characteristic intense emission at 618 nm (red) paramagnetic behavior Eu Gd cations, respectively. Partial radionuclides was core NPs, while deposition two nonradioactive shells significantly decreased leakage both 221Fr. The luminescence magnetic well capabilities demonstrate potential biomedical applications.
