摘要: The activities of three N-acetylglucosaminyltransferases ( GnT III, IV and V ) were determined in 10 samples pancreatic carcinoma (PCa) compared with those 9 normal tissue (NP). It was found that the specific III , increased all PCa samples. most significantly, up to 22.3 fold normal, elevated 12.3 fold, while only 2.4 fold. elevation GnTs consistent increase number antenna bisecting GlcNAc structures N-glycans ribonuclease (RNase) as assessed by Con A affinity chromatography. Polycytidylate RNase from serum patients showed same structural changes tissue.
