摘要: Abstract In order to decrease Cl content in waste plastics, dry density float-sink separation of Cl-contained and Cl-free plastics was explored using a semi-continuous rotating-type gas–solid fluidized bed separator with silica sand. The has two distinctive features: (1) the can be fed at middle height sand bed, (2) when are recovered from container after float-sink, recovery changed designate as floaters or sinkers. content = 5.4 wt% were used this study. investigated by changing experimental conditions. As result, affected air velocity for fluidization, time feed amount plastics. possible causes effects discussed focusing on apparent fluidization intensity, size segregation particle, shape interactions between during float-sink. When adjusted conditions, successfully decreased 0.4–0.85 wt%, which 40–60%.
