Fluidized Bed Medium Separation (FBMS) of Cl-containing plastics in home electric appliance shredder residue

摘要: 固気流動層を用いた乾式比重分離法によって家電シュレッダーダスト中の塩素含有プラスチックと塩素非含有プラスチックを分離することを試みた.流動化粉体としてガラスビーズ(G.B.)とポリスチレン粒子(P.S.)の混合粉体を用いた.その体積混合割合と空塔速度u0を変化させることで流動層の見掛け比重を変化させ,プラスチックの浮沈実験を行った.塩素含有プラスチックと塩素非含有プラスチックは流動化粉体の体積混合割合がG.B. : P.S.=80 20, u0と最小化流動速度umfとの比が1.5のときほぼ完全に分離可能であることが示された.つづいて,等体積球相当径Dv,扁平比Rf,アスペクト比Raを系統的に変化させた同じ比重のプラスチックを用意し,同様の浮沈実験を行った.その結果,Dvがプラスチックの浮沈に最も影響を与えており,その寄与率は約75%であることが明らかとなった.
