摘要: Fluidized bed medium separation (FBMS) was carried out in order to separate ores by a dry method. The FBMS utilizes the floating and sinking of different-density objects gas-solid fluidized bed. Although apparent density is main factor for determining separating objects, it also affected size shape dimensions, as well fluidization stability. In present work, distribution estimated measuring equilibrium height spheres with various densities immersed Silicastone pyrophyllite were used separation, which differed about 250 kg/m3. adjusted between mixing glass beads steel shot had same minimum velocity. For continuous combined devices that can continuously remove objects. As result, high efficiency 95% attained each ore although recovery dependent on experimental conditions.
