摘要: The paper describes observations of solar protons over the northern polar cap during 25th February 1969 event. time-history proton distributions is described, and an asymmetry found between morning evening sides. It suggested that in early stages event had access to both by diffusion into geomagnetic tail, direct entry through dayside neutral point on high-latitude magnetopause.
