摘要: Congestive heart failure (CHF) remains the single most prevalent cause of mortality and morbidity; therefore, identification novel biomarkers is required for diagnosis CHF. The aim present study was to examine whether microRNA (miR)-423-5p a biomarker CHF, which defined by circulatory pro-brain natriuretic peptide (BNP). Samples plasma from patients with CHF healthy controls were collected used quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis. In addition, O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT) 3' untranslated region cloned luciferase assay. effects expression miR-423-5p in cardiomyocytes determined using western blotting terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-deoxyuridine triphosphate nick-end labeling analyses. results demonstrated that associated levels proBNP; OGT found be direct target miR-423-5p. significantly regulated its downstream targets induced apoptosis cardiomyocytes. Therefore, indicated involved via targeting induction
