摘要: Abstract Background Recent studies have suggested that the microRNAs miR-133a and miR-423-5p may serve as useful biomarkers in patients with left ventricular (LV) heart failure or LV remodeling after myocardial infarction (MI). These results were however obtained small series of control subjects used reference groups. Whether these be indicators degree MI is unknown. Methods 246 a first anterior Q-wave included. Serial echocardiographic performed at hospital discharge, 3months, 1year analyzed core laboratory. We investigated temporal profile (baseline, 1, 3 12months) circulating their relations cardiac (B-type natriuretic peptide, C-reactive protein, troponin I) during follow-up. Results There time-dependent changes levels significant increase 12months compared to 3months 3, baseline. However, not associated indices function serially assessed period an acute MI, nor B-type peptide. Conclusions Circulating are MI.
