摘要: Heart failure is a major public health problem with an estimated prevalence of 1-2% in the adult population developed countries. Despite some progress, prognosis heart associated high mortality. There need for prognostic markers failure, such as circulating biomarkers, order to better identify individual patients risk early death, and improve selection invasive treatment limited availability transplantation. Among non coding RNA family, we investigated potentiality long RNAs (lncRNA) potential biomarkers disease. We observed that plasmatic levels lncRNA named LIPCAR may predict mortality independently etiology clinical-decision making more personalized "high-risk" patients.
