摘要: Abstract The preparation of thin films CdS by chemical bath deposition is mostly based on the utilisation ammonia as a complexing agent for cadmium ions. Here we report technique sodium citrate dihydrate that eliminates problems volatility and toxicity. crystallites with size range 10–20 nm in diameter zinc blend (cubic) wurtzite (hexagonal) crystal structures strong photoluminescence were prepared from mixture solutions of: chloride source, thiourea sulfur source well-cleaned glass used substrate film deposition. obtained samples characterized techniques such transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscope (AFM) fluorescence spectroscopy. Also, effect two operating conditions, (i) pH, (ii) temperature reaction synthesizing nanocrystals was examined. Finally, it found showed sharp excitation features ”band-edge” emission.
