Buccal corticotomies with have since been used our craniofacial team to correct problems in segment position and width. The treatment this patient illustrated how different types tissue-generating and-molding techniques can combined solve a particular clinical problem. Every procedure has set benefits complications. In case, additional surgery were helpful treating large palatal fistula, bilateral cleft maxillary segments, collapsed segments. References
