摘要: Abstract The chemical processing of metal salts by the help IR laser radiation is often investigated using a thermochemical approach, in which strong localized action beam imposes characteristics process. High-temperature gradients induced high-absorptivity are leading to specific morphologies and stoichiometries obtained oxides. A comparison between controlled heating laser-induced thermal processes points out different kinetic functions decomposition steps heterogeneous reactions. Results for copper, nickel manganese with formation their respective oxides, presented. An interplay pure- laser-thermally seems interfere also titanium tetrachloride on quartz plate, metal-based thin layers.
