摘要: The influence of stiction on the minimum spacing between suspended nanorods fabricated by femtosecond-laser-induced two-photon polymerization has been investigated. is predicted based a theoretical model calculating adhesion length nanorod pair, which in good agreement with experimental results for feature size around 200 nm. This helpful three-dimensional functional nanostructures.
