摘要: Abstract The type II cGMP-dependent protein kinase is an enzyme originally isolated from the small intestine, and thought to be involved in regulation of intestinal ion transport fluid secretion. A complementary DNA clone encoding a part human was cerebellum library. Based on sequence information this DNA, 5′-end amplified brain messenger RNA using polymerase chain reaction. composite encoded 762 amino acid with calculated molecular mass 87.4 kDa. Messenger RNAs were detected colon prostate. By reaction Southern blotting somatic cell hybrids, gene mapped chromosome 4 q13.1-q21.1.
