Codes of conduct in subcontracting networks : a labour law perspective

摘要: In the past ten years, many European companies organised into subcontracting networks have decided to adopt codes of conduct regulate labour relations and ensure respect fundamental social rights. This paper first determines context issues be addressed by within companies, second analyses terms under which they can implemented. The argues that complement standards developed States, Union or partners, but steps should taken in order avoid these texts replace existing law.
