摘要: An RFLP linkage map of peanut has been developed for use in genetic studies and breeding programs aimed at improving the cultivated species (Arachis hypogaea L.). F2 population derived from interspecific hybridization two related diploid sectionArachis (A. stenosperma ×A. cardenasii) was used to construct map. Both random genomic cDNA clones were develop framework In addition, three representing genes coding enzymes involved lipid biosynthesis pathway have mapped peanut. Of 100 300 evaluated, 15 190, respectively, revealed polymorphisms among parents our mapping population. Unfortunately, a large number these produced complex banding patterns that could not be mapped. 132 markers analyzed segregation, 117 are distributed 11 groups, while yet associated with any other marker. A total distance approximately 1063 cM covered to-date.
