摘要: Genetic expression during the early stages of embryogenesis is largely under control maternal genome rather than embryo and appears to be a manifestation genetic activity realized oogenesis (reviewed by Davidson, 1976). In many organisms, ribosomes assembled provide protein synthetic machinery embryogenesis. such large amounts ribosomal RNA are synthesized accumulated (Harris Forrest, 1967). order accomplish this, oocytes may amplify genes coding for (see Gall, 1969, Tobler, 1975, reviews).
