摘要: The ability to discriminate between self and nonself antigens is vital the functioning of immune system as a specific defense against invading microorganisms. Failure "tolerate" tissues can result in pathological autoimmune states leading debilitating illness sometimes death. induction autoimmunity involves genetic environmental factors that have focused attention researchers on trimolecular complex formed by major histocompatibility molecules, antigen, T cell receptors. Detailed molecular characterization these components points potential strategies for disease intervention.
