摘要: This paper deals with the fact that we cannot experience large organizations directly, in same way as can individuals or small groups, and this non-experientiability has certain implications for our scientific theories of organizations. Whereas a science is animated by constructive interplay theory concepts concepts, study been confined to alone. Implications analysis developing are considered.
