摘要: This paper examines work with managers who used a narrative approach to systemic thinking. Storytelling is incorporated within Mode 2 SSM involving flexible the analysis of complex or "messy" situations at work. presented as thinking mode by those problem situation, use various devices rich pictures, relevant systems, and root definitions, whereby others may make sense their experiences from flux everyday life. The focus learning through reflection on events activities consider potential actions improvements in difficult situations. findings show initial difficulty disappointment deal complexity unexpected but how quickly "gain outweighs pain," learned attune themselves situations, identify flows energies more creatively, become conscious what was happening edge awareness.
