摘要: Sugarcane mosaic virus (SCMV) causes serious losses of grain and forage yield maize (Zea mays L.) in Europe. Two dominant genes, Scm1 Scm2, have been identified to confer resistance SCMV. is located on the short arm chromosome 6 Scm2 near centromere region 3. In present study, resistant, partially resistant, susceptible inbred lines, together with their ancestral were evaluated molecular markers trace back origin Scm2. The banding patterns indicated that region, originally resistant European line FAP1360A, was derived from its FAP954A. other two D21 D32, most likely carry same which originated common A632. This also three D09, FAP1396A FAP693A, but not U.S. Pa405. Apart FAP954A A632, none remaining lines harbored region. FAP1360A obviously transmitted Co125. However, presence respective confirmed (D21, D32 Pa405), all by using closely linked markers.
