摘要: Monitoring the nutritional status of HIV-positive patients is, in addition to assessment immunological status, a significant element prognosis concerning progression infection and risk death. Nutrition plays role multidisciplinary care patients; as type supportive management, it improves general condition contributes better quality life. The diet for AIDS should be planned individually by taking into account phase disease, concomitant symptoms, status. Implementation antiretroviral treatment with use new medicines is more effective but still insufficient. dietitian therefore member therapeutic team. Properly designed recommendations may have beneficial effect on health, course HIV infection, food interactions agents, life patients.
