摘要: This article presents the results deriving from research made on development of optimal conditions for chromatographic separation and determination such compounds as: quinine, quinidine, acetylquinidine. The subject to analysis are used in treatment malaria. Three stationary phases were examination: octadecyl, which is perceived by analysts as standard one, two aryl (benzylpropyl naphthylpropyl). For mobile phases, following adopted: methanol, acetonitrile, a mixture acetonitrile/water/formic acid. best acetylquinidine was observed naphthylpropyl column with application methanol phase. coefficients these flow 0.8 mL min−1 1.17 1.14, respectively. However, no proper octadecyl column, regardless form applied.
