摘要: A review of 1,000 consecutive coronary angiograms, most them performed for evaluation angina pectoris, yielded 9 examples congenital anomalies the arteries. In 2 cases may have been due to malposition left artery or one its branches. There were aberrant origin circumflex from right artery, anterior descending 3 in which all three major branches arose aortic sinus, and fistulas. Malposition should be considered as a possible cause angina.
