摘要: OBJECTIVE: To measure and compare cockroach (CR)-specific immunoglobin E (IgE) in sera from pregnant women with mild, moderate severe asthma. STUDY DESIGN: CR IgE levels were measured stored collected during the Collaborative Perinatal Project. Three matched groups of 93 formed: group I (mild), history asthma but no acute exacerbation; II (moderate), III (severe), required hospitalization for a diagnosis status asthmaticus. ANOVA was used to three means. RESULTS: Mean paralleled prenatal severity. values 6.50, 13.12 28.99 kU/L I,II III, respectively (P=.06). High allergen sensitivity, defined as > 60 kU/L, identified 8 study samples. The prevalence high sensitivity increased clinical became more severe. Sixty-two percent (5/8) occurred III. CONCLUSION: There appears be positive correlation between allergens severity pregnancy, these findings support further evaluation predictor pregnancy.
