摘要: Growth factors and the extracellular matrix provide environmental cues that control proliferation of most cell types. The binding growth proteins to receptor tyrosine kinases integrins, respectively, regulates several cytoplasmic signal transduction cascades, among which activation mitogen-activated protein kinase cascade, ras --> Raf MEK ERK, is perhaps best characterized. Curiously, ERK has been associated with both stimulation inhibition proliferation. In this review, we summarize recent studies connect signaling G1 phase cycle suggest cellular response an depends on intensity duration. We also discuss showing integrins differentially regulate in phase.
