Plastic surgery in irradiated areas: analysis of 200 consecutive cases

摘要: Reconstructive surgery in previously irradiated areas is more difficult than non-irradiated cases. A retrospective analysis of the outcome 200 patients who had skin graft or flap reconstruction performed by same surgeon presented, and most suitable surgical technique discussed.
