摘要: There is strong consensus in the clinical trial community that blinding an important issue randomized controlled trials. At present grossly incomplete reporting of procedures and use any assessment for still prevails. The term ‘double-blind’ has almost become a convention without checks or balances. Also there lack on quantitative evaluating success literature. This article reviews statistical methods along with software options, discusses some most pressing issues surrounding acquisition, interpretation, data. Finally, it proposes sample protocol to address these issues.
