摘要: Abstract The stimulation of the activity H+-ATPase present in vacuolar membrane (V-ATPase) Saccharomyces cerevisiae is here described response to a moderate stress induced by 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D). This vivo activation (up 5-fold) took place essentially during adaptation period, preceding cell division under herbicide stress, coordination with marked plasma (PM-ATPase) 30-fold) and decrease intracellular pH values, suggesting that may be triggered acidification. Single deletion VMA1 genes encoding other V-ATPase subunits led more extended period slower growth 2,4-D stress. Results suggest functional required counteract, rapidly efficiently, dissipation physiological H+-gradient across registered adaptation.
