摘要: The retrograde transport of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was used to trace afferents from the femoral-saphenous vein dorsal root ganglia in cat. Afferents arising along entire length projected very localized spinal levels; 63% labeled cells counted were located L6 ganglion, 37% L5 ganglion and less than 1% at other levels. Most cell bodies by application HRP small size (diameter 35 microns). However, some large greater 50 microns) also noted. It estimated that over two-thirds venous C fibers; least 15% be A fibers. largest predicted conduct action potentials approximately 60 m/s.
