摘要: The amino acid sequence of a brain-specific protein, S-100, has been determined by the analysis four cyanogen bromide peptides and fourteen tryptic derived from protein. protein chain consists 91 residues molecular weight 10507. shows regions stong clustering hydrophobic, basic acidic acids, with an apparent calcium-binding site in cluster.
