摘要: Chemotherapy resistance is still a great challenge to the management of ovarian cancers. Using SKOV 3 /ADR or COC1/DDP subline as model adriamycin- cisplatin-resistance, ultrasonic chemosensitization was investigated. The addition noncytotoxic insonation led higher cell-death rate compared with drug alone. Ultrasound sensitized chemotherapy via increasing intracellular accumulation, enhancing drug-induced apoptosis and decreasing threshold dose for cell apoptosis/necrosis. exposure enhanced cisplatin-induced DNA breakages in cells but did not decrease level glutathione-S-transferase. Chemosensitization attributable mostly mediated by cavitation. Ultrasonic had property targeted treatment, that dose-anticancer effect dose-toxicity curves differed from those conventional chemotherapy. findings indicated ultrasound non-drug modality sensitizing refractory Key words : Chemoresistance, cancer, ultrasound, sonochemotherapy, therapy.
