摘要: Nutrition utilization and by-product formation in cultured insect cells has been investigated several of great interest to cell culturists physiologists. In this research the biochemical changes embryonic fat body primary cultures silkworm, Bombyx mori, have compared. TC-100 medium supplemented with 10% 20% FBS was used cultures, respectively. Medium renewed every week amount glucose, uric acid, urea, total protein alkaline phosphatase were measured samples from using spectrophotometeric methods. All macromolecules except acid showed significant changes. Glucose decreased tissues, while culture its increased. Urea accumulation higher than cultures. Since urea is a by-product, could be due amino acids. Total considerable consumed by more s. Alkaline stronger activity cells.
