摘要: Abstract Objective To provide potential evidence for the existence of abnormal Savda, we assessed host metabonomic responses and dynamic changes occurring in various diseases using 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)-based metabonomics. Methods Plasma samples taken from patients with complicated Savda ( n =140, including 35 cases each diabetes, asthma, breast cancer, cervical carcinoma) healthy controls =35) were analyzed by NMR (600 MHz), spectral profiles multivariate analysis orthogonal projection to latent structure discriminant analysis. Results Supervised modeling data provided very good discrimination between controls. Compared controls, patient groups different disease conditions displayed similar metabolic changes, characterized lower creatine, creatinine, lactate, amino acid levels (including isoleucine, leucine, valine, alanine, 1-methylhistidine) higher lipid (very low-density lipoproteins unsaturated lipids). Additionally, cancer (breast cervical) showed decreased myo-inositol, α-glucose, β-glucose, increased pyruvate carnitine plasma. Conclusion The indicate that oxidative defense, liver function abnormalities, deficiencies, energy metabolism disorders are common characteristics diseases, which may be related formation Savda.
