摘要: The kallikrein kinin system is a tissue-derived with potent renal and cardiovascular effects. Within the kidney, components of (kallikrein, kininogen, kinins, kininases, receptors mediators/modulators) originate from or are located in discrete segments nephron highly specialized cells which determine its physiological acts on kidney paracrine fashion two anatomical microenvironments where regulates glomerular function, hemodynamics, salt water excretion. Impairment contributes to development hypertension, particular salt-sensitive other pathologies like diabetes. There several links between vasodepressor vasopressor renin relevant normal function pathophysiology hypertension diseases. Local induction kininase II angiotensin converting enzyme could be novel mechanism contributing damage This review evaluates cellular functional aspects emphasis placed localization along nephron, vasoactive systems, contribution pathogenesis hypertension.
