摘要: .  A new murine cell line, named GFPneu, was established from a mammary adenocarcinoma arising in double transgenic MMTVneu × CMV-GFP mice. Breast tumours develop 100% of females after 2 months latency, as result the over-expression activated rat neu oncogene glands. All tissues, and particular breast tumours, express GFP protein. This line tumorigenic when inoculated into nude mice derived showed same histological features primaries which they were isolated. Their histopathology reproduces many characteristics human adenocarcinomas, their ability to metastasize. The marker allows us visualize presence lung metastases fresh tissues immediately, confirm histopathology. From metastatic fluorescent nodule, we further MTP-GFP, also characterized. These two lines could be useful study role played by maintenance transformed phenotype, process, test novel therapeutic strategies inhibit primary tumour growth observe generation distant metastases.
