摘要: Vitiligo is a dermatologic pigmentary disorder triggered by melanocytes’ loss and sustained deep immune imbalance which induce chronic inflammation excessive oxidative stress phenomena at skin level. Current therapies are mainly symptomatic designed in order to inhibit the inflammatory mediators vitiligo patches To restore correct balance between Th1/Th17 Th2/Treg response concomitantly rebalancing represents an innovative effective approach for treatment; Low Dose Medicine theories availability of specific low dose SKA interleukins, antibodies growth factors allows researchers clinicians act simultaneously against all main etiologic causes makes possible design new therapeutic approaches vitiligo.
