摘要: Abstract Life prediction in the low cycle fatigue regime presence of a geometric notch has been studied by two methods: – `hot spot approach', improving Dowling's method using more appropriate relationships between elastoplastic stress and strain concentration factors elastic one than Neuber's rule, `critical volume which requires use reference curve also terms energy density, cyclic stress-strain curve, computing density range to get effective plays essential role.
