摘要: Bipolar potentials were recorded from intramural electrodes located within areas of acute myocardial ischemia in dogs. Alterations bipolar potential electromotive force (EMF) and local activation times measured at predetermined intervals up to 12 hours after coronary occlusion. Histochemical stains used correlate structural-biochemical changes with sites electrophysiologic changes. In severely ischemic areas, lost 50% their preocclusion EMF 30 min 95% six which time all parameters stabilized. Lesser decreases the peripheral infarct. increased junction normal myocardium. Activation was delayed but no correlation between magnitude delay degree tissue could be established. Coronary reperfusion min, one hr, two hr occlusion resulted some return EMF, decreasing as a function duration reperfusion. Variation different zones injury an infarction, well response those blood flow, shown.
